Frequently Asked Questions

Our cabinets and granite are of natural materials, slight color and graining variation should be expected. Please remember that no two pieces of granite will be identical.

Cabinets are assembled using metal L-Brackets. Please see assembly instructions if needed.


Too many times we have received these opened boxes with many missing pieces. If there is an exchange customer is responsible for shipping cost if any to and from. If box has been open NO EXCHANGE. We advise the customer to use these pieces for future sales or parts.


Returns of unopened packages are allowed if there are no visible damages. And are returned within 14 days from the time product is received. All ponypacks kopen returns are subject to a 20% restock charge.


Shipping generally takes 2-10 days to our customers , after payment is processed. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. And shipping quote could be obtained by sending us a estimated weight and zipcode. Please include if liftgate and residential delivery, for there is an extra charge for this. We do not earn any commission from shipping, our quotes comes directly from the shipping company. When shipment is received customer must check the packing slip to report any missing cabinets or visible damages with the shipping company at that time. Any concealed damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Digital pictures also need to be provided in order for us to process the claim.


In order for us to honor our listed pricing, customer must have an open and active account with us. Our listed price sheet is not intended for end users, thus you must supply us with an county , city or occupational business license and also Your EIN , and State tax number. Please keep this current and update us on any changes. WE CANNOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH ANY OF THESE MISSING. If you could not supply us with this but, want to place an order we could send you a list of retailers in your area, who may be able help you.

Reserves / Inventory

We cannot Reserve products for clients. Our inventory changes everyday and every second, and a piece reserved by one will cause another client to be short. To be fair, we will only pack and reserve orders that has been paid in full with a signed invoice. For items with quantity items of 5 or below . Please call to double check because, It was probably sold 10 minutes ago! Just contact us if you have any questions about this.


Sorry! Due to the high amount of bad debt we incurred last year we do not offer credit at the moment. All sales must be paid in full before pick up or shipping out.
